Processing Times, Delivery Options, and Return Policy

  • Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. 

    Processing times are listed in the item’s title and indicate the maximum time between the day the order is placed and the day the item will be ready to ship.

  • I offer local pick-up and delivery. Email me for more information.

  • All standard courier packages are shipped with insurance and tracking numbers. Once your package has been scanned in at the shipping facility, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a notification letting you know that your package is on it’s way.

    Large items can be shipped through 3rd party private shipping companies, but it is the responsibility of the buyer to set this delivery service up. Email me for more information on how to do this.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the date of delivery if:

    1. The buyer pays all return shipping and handling costs, and

    2. the items are returned in it’s original condition, and

    3. ‍ the buyer agrees to cover any loss in value if the item cannot be returned in it’s original condition due to a reason not covered by shipping insurance.
