FireForged™

Forged by fire. Refined by hand. Revealed through craftsmanship.

Every Fire & Iron piece begins as raw wood.

The FireForged™ process starts with a deep burn — far beyond the surface. Through fire, resurfacing, and careful hand-finishing, hidden grain and character are revealed.

What remains is texture, depth, and a finish shaped by the fire itself.

Not burned for appearance.
Forged for transformation.

FireForged™ is more than a surface treatment.

Each piece begins with carefully selected wood and is taken through a deep burn, then worked back and finished by hand to reveal the natural grain, texture, and character hidden beneath the surface.

Chosen before the fire.

Only select pieces earn the FireForged™ name.

Each board is chosen for grain, structure, and character — because the transformation begins before the first flame.

The FireForged™ Process

FORGED

Taken beyond the surface.

FireForged™ is not a light burn or surface coloring.

Each piece goes through an intense burn until the wood is transformed — creating the depth and texture that defines the process.

REVEALED

The beauty beneath the burn.

The fire is only the beginning.

Through careful resurfacing and hand-finishing, the outer layer is removed to reveal what makes each piece unique — a surface defined by harder grain, deeper texture, and lasting character.

SURFACE BURN
Where many finishes end.

A lighter burn enhances the existing surface and creates contrast, but the original surface remains. Tool marks, milling marks, and imperfections must be corrected beforehand because they can remain visible in the finished piece.

FIREFORGED™
Where transformation begins.

The FireForged™ process goes beyond the existing surface. Through an intense burn and careful resurfacing process, the outer layer is removed — taking away imperfections and revealing the depth, texture, and character that was waiting underneath.

One process. Different expressions.

Every FireForged™ piece begins with the same foundation — carefully selected wood, controlled fire, resurfacing, and hand-finishing.

The final finish determines the look, feel, and level of protection while preserving the character created through the FireForged™ process.
